I was in a car accident in 2017. My road to recovery has been long and difficult. To deal with my PTSD, my therapist wanted me to focus my attention on something positive.
With her help, I created Amy’s Cute Crafts. Not only has this idea helped my PTSD it has helped my personal growth as well.
